Vegetables for Strong Eggshells

The other week we noticed that Nelly's egg shells were getting kind of thin and she even laid a couple of soft shell eggs.  I learned that this means she needs more calcium.  Besides feeding your chickens more eggs shells or oyster shells for more calcium there are veggies you can feed them that have calcium in them to help make their egg shells harder.

Here is the list:
broccoli
bok choy
Brussels sprouts
butternut squash
cabbage
celery
chard
collards
comfrey
dandelion greens
green beans
kale
mustard greens
red clover
turnip greens
watercress
